What a week we have ahead at your friendly neighborhood Rock-n-Roll Wedding Chapel!

We have new hours! Now open on Mondays and Tuesdays from 11am-8pm or later. Now you never have to worry about missing our faces or all the cold beer and hot deals on vintage that we serve up!

This installment of Free Wednesday we are very excited to show the 1997 rock-n-schlock film “The Sore Losers”. (Cult film about rock n roll aliens who come to earth to kill hippies!) This film was written and directed by the one and only John Michael McCarthy, and features Japanese garage rock legends Guitar Wolf! [Also playing a SOLD OUT show here Thursday] The film also stars Jack Oblivian (The Oblivians/The Sheiks Also playing here June 7th!), Mike Maker (The Makers), and Fleetwood’s own Mary Kelley as “The Malt Liquor Angel of Bloodwood” (sounds about right). We will show the film at 8pm.

Thursday All the way from Japan- Guitar Wolf is coming to play a sold-out show with Greg Cartwright and The Tip Tops, Zin Vetro and The Paint Fumes! There will be no tickets available at the door, sorry but catch Guitar Wolf in Charlotte the next night]

Friday is going to be a super-charged-garager-rager (say ! We have the Broke Jokes/The Fixed Faces/Tony and the Haircuts and just added killer doom metal all the way from Venezuela-ZETA! 

This Saturday is our first ever Lo-fi Farmer’s Market (happening rain or shine). Come shop for fresh fruit and vegetables, plant starts and much more from 12-5 pm. [Contact theswitch@gmail.com for vending information]

Saturday night it’s Clash of the Pansies wrestling and benefit punk show! This time it’s personal!! Don’t miss the rematches! Don’t miss the grits! Deadname-queer hardcore punx – Bands scheduled are  Tears For The Dying-   Nomadic War Machine-

Sunday Nico Bang is debuting their soon to be famous mimosa bar. This Mixer/Mixtress really knows their stuff!

Sunday evening we have dream pop sweetness from Larkin/Jon Charles Dwyer and Origami Ghost to ease you into your week.
